Weekly Service Expectations

Every week, these are the thing you'll see us checking, fixing, and completing around your pool. All of these services are includd in our Full Weekly Service program. Different programs will include specific services.

Skimmers

Whether suction or skimmer, we'll clean them out every time we're there.

If you need a new basket, we can get you one.

During peak leaf season, you may have to empty your baskets more often.

Baskets

We check your pump baskets, pre-filters, and leaf catches every week.

If dirty, we'll clean it out.

If we see an issue, we'll let you know.

And, you'll get a photo every time so you know we did it.

Filter

We will keep an eye on your filter pressure and let you know when it's time to clean the filter.

We recommend doing this quarterly and we're happy to do it for you.

Our fee for filter cleaning is very reasonable.

Vacuum

Every time we visit, our Hammerhead pool vacuum comes along for the ride.

Your pool is vacuumed, not just brushed, every week to ensure your pool is clean. Using our own pump keeps your filter cleaner for longer, saving you money.

Skim & Brush

Any leaves, debris, or other floating items will be removed.

Anything we cannot vacuum will be brushed including your tanning ledge and benches.

Robot/Polaris

No matter what you have, we'll empty the basket or bag. We'll do our best to keep an eye on your equipment and let you know if we see anything.

Chemicals

All chemicals are included. But we add some that most service companies don't.

Observe

You can count on us to keep an eye on everything else. How does your water look? Are your water features in good shape? Is your equipment operating well?

We'll let you know if we're concerned.

Report

Every week, you'll get a report that shows you key information:

Photos of everything!
